Fall Parent/Teacher Student Conferences 2025-2026

FALL Parent/Teacher Student Conferences will take place on Monday, November 10 and Wednesday, November 12. We will have virtual and in-person time slots available for families to meet.

Monday, November 10 ~ VIRTUAL (8:00 to 10:15) and IN-PERSON (10:30 to 3:15) time slots for students/parents in 7th Grade Cores (Cedar, Maple, Spruce), High School Teams (A / B / C), and all other middle and high school classes (off-core and off-team).

Wednesday, November 12 ~ VIRTUAL ONLY (2:45 - 4:15) time slots with High School Team Teachers who also teach an off-team class. Example: If your student has Writing Support with Erin Mooney, you would schedule that conference during this time as she teaches on Team C but also teaches Writing Support off team. High School Teams do not have time slots on this day.

**Please choose your timeslot carefully because some are in-person and some are virtual!

Additional Grade level  Information:

  • 7th Grade Core conferences will take place within 15 minute time slots, and each conference will last roughly 12 minutes to allow for transition time. 7th grade students are expected to attend and conferences will be 'student led'.  7th Grade families should only sign up for ONE Core time slot. It will be with two of the Core teachers who will have information from the other two Core teachers. This allows the Core Teachers to see as many families as possible. In-Person meetings will take place in one of the Core classrooms.  
  • OFF-CORE / TEAM CLASSES & TA - Families will only be able to sign up for Conferences with off-core teachers (Visual/Performing Arts, World Languages, Health, PE) for classes from quarter one or two. Families can also sign up to meet with the TA. 
  • 8th Grade families will only be able to sign up for Conferences with off-core teachers (Visual/Performing Arts, World Languages, Health, PE) for classes from quarter one or two. Families can also sign up to meet with the TA. 8th Grade students should attend their conferences as they are student-led. 8th Grade Core conferences will take place in March.
  • 9th & 10th Grade families will sign up for one meeting with their student's team (A, B or C). It will be with two of the team teachers who will have information from the other two team teachers. This allows the High School Team Teachers to see as many families as possible. Please only sign up for ONE meeting with the team. If you are coming to an in-person meeting, they are meeting in the classrooms listed on the software notice. Our hope is that our 9th & 10th grade students will attend the meetings as well.   
  • 11th and 12th Grade families will sign up for meetings with individual teachers. Please note that teachers who teach on a 9th and 10th grade team AND teach 11th and 12th students will have limited slots on Wednesday, November 12.
